Our practice manager, Trish Rutland, shows John Keith from the Primary Care Trust, how to check in using our automated check in system. The main waiting area at Whitby now offers automated check in where patients can use a touch screen to confirm their arrival. This cuts down on waiting in queues at the reception desk, freeing up the receptionists for their other duties. |
